Revisions and Feedback Policy
What counts as a revision, how feedback rounds work, and when extra revision charges apply.
Last updated June 8, 2026. These policies apply to local and commercial Baumbach Solutions work. Government, municipal, public-sector, procurement, RFP, and compliance-heavy projects are scoped and priced separately.
What a revision is
A revision is a round of reasonable changes to work already included in the package scope.
A revision is not a new feature, new page, new direction, redesign, automation, integration, or expanded scope.
Feedback timing
Feedback should be submitted in one organized batch per round within 5 business days of preview unless another written timeline is agreed.
Included revision rounds
- Digital Business Card: Typo/link correction pass only.
- Microsite: 1 revision round.
- Microsite Plus: 2 revision rounds.
- Starter Business Website: 2 revision rounds.
- Standard Business Website: 2 revision rounds plus pre-launch QA fixes.
- Managed Growth Website: 3 revision rounds.
- Custom App / Dashboard / Automation: Defined in scope, default 3 milestone review rounds.
Extra revision rounds
Additional revision rounds are billed by package level or quoted separately for custom work.
- Digital Business Card: $50 restart fee if paused.
- Microsite: $75 extra round.
- Microsite Plus: $100 extra round.
- Starter Business Website: $150 extra round.
- Standard Business Website: $200 extra round.
- Managed Growth Website: $300 extra round.
- Custom App / Dashboard / Automation: Quoted or hourly.
