Revisions and Feedback Policy
Consolidated website revision rounds, corrections, feedback timing, and approval of extra work.
Last updated August 28, 2026. These policies apply to local and commercial Baumbach Solutions work. Government, municipal, public-sector, procurement, RFP, and compliance-heavy projects are scoped and priced separately.

What a revision is
A revision is a consolidated round of reasonable changes to work already included in the agreed scope.
A revision is not a new feature, new page, new direction, redesign, automation, integration, or expanded scope.
Corrections to our errors do not consume an included revision round.
Feedback timing
Feedback should be submitted in one organized batch per round within 5 business days of review unless another written timeline is agreed.
Included revision rounds
- Standard new website: 2 consolidated revision rounds; corrections to our errors do not use a round.
- Digital Business Card: Typo and link correction pass.
- Custom work: Review terms defined in the written scope.
Additional revision work
Work beyond the included rounds or agreed scope is approved before it begins.
- Standard new website: Changes beyond the agreed rounds or scope are approved first and quoted separately or billed at $100/hour.
- Digital Business Card: Additional changes are scoped and approved before work starts.
- Custom work: Additional work is scoped and approved before work starts.
Existing agreements
Existing clients keep their agreed pricing, included services, and signed terms unless a change is agreed in writing.
