Revisions and Feedback Policy
What counts as a revision, how feedback rounds work, and when extra revision charges apply.
Last updated July 10, 2026. These policies apply to local and commercial Baumbach Solutions work. Government, municipal, public-sector, procurement, RFP, and compliance-heavy projects are scoped and priced separately.
What a revision is
A revision is a round of reasonable changes to work already included in the package scope.
A revision is not a new feature, new page, new direction, redesign, automation, integration, or expanded scope.
Feedback timing
Feedback should be submitted in one organized batch per round within 5 business days of preview unless another written timeline is agreed.
Included revision rounds
- Tiny profile or link page: Typo/link correction pass only.
- Focused one-page presence: A narrow revision pass.
- Expanded starter presence: A limited set of revision rounds.
- Core business website: A limited set of revision rounds.
- Larger managed website: More revision support before launch.
- Custom system or automation: Review terms are defined in the written scope.
Extra revision rounds
Additional revision rounds are billed by package level or quoted separately for custom work.
- Tiny profile or link page: Restart or extra revision needs are scoped before work resumes.
- Focused one-page presence: Extra revision work is quoted based on the requested changes.
- Expanded starter presence: Extra revision work is quoted based on the requested changes.
- Core business website: Extra revision work is quoted based on the requested changes.
- Larger managed website: Extra revision work is quoted based on the requested changes.
- Custom system or automation: Extra revision work is quoted based on the requested changes.
