Pricing and Scope Policy
How Baumbach Solutions defines package limits, included work, add-ons, and separate government/public-sector scope.
Last updated June 8, 2026. These policies apply to local and commercial Baumbach Solutions work. Government, municipal, public-sector, procurement, RFP, and compliance-heavy projects are scoped and priced separately.
What these policies apply to
These policies apply to local and commercial Baumbach Solutions work, including websites, microsites, monthly care, small business systems, add-ons, revisions, ownership, cancellation, and new sales setup.
Government, municipal, public-sector, procurement, RFP, and compliance-heavy projects are scoped and priced separately.
Package scope
Every package has a defined scope, monthly plan, and clear limit. A lower price means a smaller scope, not the same work for less money.
The Digital Business Card is a tiny profile/link page. It is not a full microsite or business website. Real website builds normally start with the Starter Business Website.
What counts as extra work
- Extra pages or microsite sections
- Forms, booking, payment links, or advanced routing
- Blog, gallery, portfolio, or larger content setup
- Copywriting, brand work, SEO cleanup, domain/email setup, and rush delivery
- Custom apps, dashboards, portals, automations, integrations, APIs, databases, and reporting
Outside-scope rate
Work outside the approved scope is quoted separately or billed at a $95/hour minimum unless a different written agreement applies.
