Pricing and Scope Policy
How Baumbach Solutions defines package limits, included work, add-ons, and separate government/public-sector scope.
Last updated July 10, 2026. These policies apply to local and commercial Baumbach Solutions work. Government, municipal, public-sector, procurement, RFP, and compliance-heavy projects are scoped and priced separately.
What these policies apply to
These policies apply to local and commercial Baumbach Solutions work, including websites, microsites, monthly care, small business systems, add-ons, revisions, ownership, cancellation, and new sales setup.
Government, municipal, public-sector, procurement, RFP, and compliance-heavy projects are scoped and priced separately.
Package scope
Every package has a defined scope, monthly plan, and clear limit. A lower price means a smaller scope, not the same work for less money.
Tiny profile pages, one-page starter sites, full business websites, and custom systems are different scopes. The recommendation depends on what your business actually needs the site or system to do.
What counts as extra work
- Extra pages or microsite sections
- Forms, booking, payment links, or advanced routing
- Blog, gallery, portfolio, or larger content setup
- Copywriting, brand work, local SEO website support, domain/email setup, and rush delivery
- Custom apps, dashboards, portals, automations, integrations, APIs, databases, and reporting
Outside-scope rate
Work outside the approved scope is quoted separately or handled under a written hourly agreement.
