Pricing and Scope Policy
How Baumbach Solutions prices a website foundation, pages, writing, add-ons, and work that needs a separate quote.
Last updated August 28, 2026. These policies apply to local and commercial Baumbach Solutions work. Government, municipal, public-sector, procurement, RFP, and compliance-heavy projects are scoped and priced separately.

What these prices apply to
Current public website pricing applies to new local and commercial website requests with a standard, agreed scope.
Existing clients keep their agreed pricing, included services, and signed terms unless a change is agreed in writing.
Government, municipal, public-sector, procurement, RFP, and compliance-heavy projects are scoped and priced separately.
Website foundation and pages
The website foundation is $650 and includes the first standard page. Each additional standard page is $150. Monthly care, writing, and selected add-ons are separate from the build price.
A distinct page built around an agreed purpose, using normal text, supplied images, and the agreed website design. Additional standard pages reuse that design; a new design or custom functionality is scoped separately.

Repeated layouts
An additional page can use the $100 repeated-layout rate only when that reduced scope is approved in writing.
A page that reuses an approved layout with different supplied content and no new design or functionality. The reduced rate must be approved in the written scope.
Writing and additional features
Copy written from client-provided facts is $75/page. The client supplies accurate business information and approves the finished wording.
Advanced forms, booking, payments, blog or content management setup, galleries, contact or email tools, Google Business Profile work, and content migration are separate when selected.
An ecommerce foundation starts at $750 as an add-on. It is a starting point for an agreed setup, not a fixed price for a complete custom store.
Work quoted separately
Custom applications, dashboards, portals, automation, complex stores, and public-sector projects need an individual scope and quote.
Starting prices for integrations and online selling require a scope review. Third-party service costs are separate unless included in writing.
Outside-scope work
Extra work is approved before it is added or billed. It is quoted separately or handled under a written agreement at $100/hour.
