Pay Structure
How the compensation works.
The payout is simple: bring in real opportunities, let Mike close them, and get paid when the rules are met.
- $250 for each qualifying closed deal from a company-provided lead.
- +$75 bonus when the deal came from a self-generated lead.
- +$25 managed plan upgrade bonus after 12 months.
- No payout unless the deal qualifies and Mike secures the business.
- Payout happens after project delivery and the 14-day hold window.
