This helps us get clear on what you need (and what you don’t). You’ll fill out a short form or schedule a quick call — whichever’s easiest for you.


Step 2: Strategic Roadmap

Once we understand your goals, we map out the build.

This includes:

  • A list of deliverables
  • A timeline
  • Your role in the process
  • Clear expectations around revisions and approvals

No mystery. No vague deadlines. Just a straightforward game plan you can see and track.


Step 3: Build & Feedback

This is where the heavy lifting happens — but you’re still in the loop.

We start designing, writing, or building behind the scenes. You’ll get regular updates and the chance to give feedback as we go (not just at the end).

We’ll make sure the work matches your vision. You get 2–3 rounds of revisions depending on the package, and we always prioritize clarity over complexity.


Step 4: Launch & Handoff

When it’s time to go live, we handle all the technical details. We’ll:

  • Connect domains
  • Test for bugs and mobile responsiveness
  • Secure your hosting and backups

We also deliver any final files and assets (logos, images, copy, guides, etc.) in clean folders — no mess, no confusion.

You’ll also receive basic training if needed (for things like uploading products, updating content, or using dashboards).


Step 5: Continued Support

Once your project is live, we don’t disappear.

If your package includes post-launch support, we’ll stick around for updates, questions, and ongoing growth. If not, you can always re-engage us for future tweaks or improvements.
